Reporting Absences
To make our absence reporting process more efficient for everyone, we encourage all parents/caregivers to report student absences using the Infinite Campus Parent Portal or the Campus Parent mobile app. This is the fastest and most accurate way to get information to our attendance office, saving you time and helping our staff focus on what matters most - supporting our students and families. As a reminder, the Parent Portal is also the official source for your student's grades, so we encourage you to log in regularly. Please take a moment to download the Campus Parent app or bookmark the website to stay connected. Reporting an absence is simple: just log in, navigate to "Absence Requests," enter the details, and submit. While you can still call the attendance line or email us, using the portal is the most effective method. Thank you for your partnership in making our school run smoothly!

Parcel Tax Oversight Committee Members Needed
SCHOOL DISTRICT SEEKS PARCEL TAX OVERSIGHT COMMITTEE MEMBERS: The San Ramon Valley Unified School District is seeking members for its Parcel Tax Oversight Committee.
The committee provides oversight for the Board of Education to ensure that the funds are spent as intended by the voters of the parcel tax. The committee will meet at least twice per year and report on an annual basis to the Board and community on how these funds have been spent. All meetings are open to the public.
Six members and one alternate will be appointed by the school board for a two-year term. They will not be compensated and will serve no more than two consecutive terms. Members shall reside within the boundaries of the SRVUSD and shall be registered voters.

Applications are due no later than 3:00 PM September 11, 2026.
The board will review qualified applicants, and recommendations/appointments will be made at the Board of Education meeting on October 13, 2026.

Iron Horse 8th grade families!
We wanted to let everyone know that there are still a few spaces available on our Washington D.C. and New York east coast trip over the upcoming spring break, 2027. For any families who missed our initial informational meeting in April, we will be hosting a Zoom parent informational meeting on Tuesday, September 1st at 6:00 PM.
